Impelled by her personal motto, "Integrity in everything we do," and the
absolute conviction that committed, motivated people are the bedrock of
any successful project, Lisa Lee McLaine has become known in the ever-evolving
communications industry as the go-to person when intricate transitions must be
done right, on time, and the first time. Her projects read like a newspaper's
business section: leading engineering teams to carry out the Adelphia integration
into the giant Time-Warner complex, implementing video applications for TCI/ATT
Broadband, relocating MCI's engineering and IT functions from Washington D.C. to
Colorado Springs, and many more. A specialist in complex transitions, she has
facilitated acquisitions, mergers, organizational realignment, and bankruptcies.
Her client list includes the five largest North American Cable companies:

Liberty Media, Cable Labs, SupportSoft, Motorola, Cisco, and Scientific Atlanta.
McLaine spearheaded the Open Cable effort for the communications industry and
has led industry activities such as SCTE/DVS standards development. She is an
active member of SCTE and is in her second term as president of the Rocky
Mountain chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications, where she has implemented
an Executive Leadership Program and promoted mentoring activities.
McLaine holds a BS degree in data processing and a BSBA in management and
accounting from Missouri Western State College. She received an MA degree
from Webster University.
